Gemini 2.5 Pro is a multimodal model optimized for agentic reasoning, code generation, and visually rich web development. It is now available through Google AI Studio and the Gemini app for users subscribed to Gemini Advanced.
Pichai also shared an example stating that users can simply prompt the AI to create a basic video game—such as the well-known Chrome Dino game — and it will generate the fully executable code from just a single-line instruction.

On Aider Polyglot, a benchmark for code editing, Gemini 2.5 Pro scored 68.6%, ahead of top models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and DeepSeek.
It also earned a 63.8% on SWE-bench Verified, a software development benchmark, surpassing OpenAI's o3-mini and DeepSeek's R1, though it fell short of Anthropic's Claude 3.7 Sonnet.

The model launches with a 1 million token context window—roughly 750,000 words—and Google says support for a 2 million token window is coming soon.

Titan America (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TTAM#NYSE">TTAM</a>) reported quarterly earnings of $0.21 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $0.24 by 12.5 percent. This is a 19.23 percent decrease over earnings of $0.26 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $389.80 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $418.38 million by 6.83 percent. XRP (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/xrp/usd">XRP</a>) bucked declines in other large-cap cryptocurrencies this year, surging an impressive 17% year-to-date.
What happened: The coin, now worth over $142 billion in market capitalization, was the only cryptocurrency in the top 10 list to have recorded net gains since 2025 began.
In contrast, Bitcoin (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/btc/usd">BTC</a>), Ethereum (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/eth/usd">ETH</a>), and Dogecoin (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/doge/usd">DOGE</a>) were down 6.62%, 38.38%, and 39%, respectively, this year.
XRP overtook Tether (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/">USDT</a>) earlier this month to become the third-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization. It was ranked fourth as of this writing, and another 6-7% move at the current supply could again catapult it to the third position.
According to on-chain analytics firm Santiment, the overall number of XRP holders has climbed by more than 8% year to date, amounting to a net addition of 490,000.&nbsp;
Additionally, the daily active addresses have skyrocketed from 56,261 on Jan. 1 to a high of 612,340 recorded last week.

As the chip industry continues to <a href="https://in.benzinga.com/markets/25/02/43722945/tech-war-intensifies-as-trump-sets-to-revise-the-us-chips-act-conditions-not-aligned-to-white-house-policies-under-review">face difficulty</a> with traditional silicon, Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AMD#NASDAQ">AMD</a>) CEO Lisa Su says the path forward lies in rethinking how innovation happens.
What Happened: In a conversation with ASUS's Tony Yu that was posted on Bilbili, Su gave answers to multiple questions surrounding artificial intelligence, the future of semiconductors, and Strix Halo.&nbsp;&nbsp;
When asked about the growing <a href="https://in.benzinga.com/media/25/03/44393971/nvidia-says-dynamo-can-make-deepseek-r1-30x-faster-with-blackwell-months-after-the-ai-model-sparked-selloff-leading-to-a-600-billion-drop-in-its-market-cap">popularity of China's</a> DeepSeek, she didn't hesitate to acknowledge its global influence.
"DeepSeek is not just popular in China — it's popular globally," Su said. "It's a very innovative model… the idea that, with limited computing resources, you can accomplish something so sophisticated … surprised the world."
Su added that many of the techniques pioneered in DeepSeek are already being adopted across other AI models and platforms. "What I like about it is that it's inspired an even faster pace of innovation than before," she said.

Turning to the hardware side, Su acknowledged that advancements in traditional silicon manufacturing are slowing. "It is true that silicon scaling is getting more difficult," she said.
However, AMD is already investing in what comes next — including chiplet architecture, 3D stacking, and next-gen packaging solutions. "We have to continue to optimize not just on silicon, but on the package, system, and software," she added.
Su also addressed the future of gaming PCs, saying their powerful GPUs make them ideal for much more than just games. "Gamers have always pushed the envelope on performance," she said. "Your gaming PC can now have multiple uses — doing gaming, doing AI — and that's a huge opportunity."
