Casey's General Stores Hits Record Highs In Q3 FY24 With Impressive Inside And Fuel Sales Performance

Caseys General Stores shares are trading higher after the company reported better-than-expected Q3 financial results.

Casey's is not updating its outlook for the following metrics: For Casey's total fiscal 2025 year outlook the Company expects same-store inside sales to increase approximately 3% to 5% with inside margin to be comparable to the prior year. The Company expects same-store fuel gallons sold to be negative 1% to positive 1%.&nbsp;

Casey's Q3 Inside Same-store Sales Increase 3.7% Vs Prior Year And 8.0% On Two-year Stack Basis

Casey's General Stores (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CASY#NASDAQ">CASY</a>) reported quarterly earnings of $2.33 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $2.20 by 5.91 percent. This is unchanged from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $3.90 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $3.73 billion by 4.77 percent.
