With more than 200 behavioral health facilities across&nbsp;the United States, UHS behavioral health providers offer inpatient, outpatient, and residential treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and elderly.
Five facilities have gone live this year, with more underway and continuing across the UHS behavioral health facilities over the next few years.
By using Oracle Health&#39;s EHR across its acute and behavioral health facilities, UHS care teams can more easily and securely share information to enable a more collaborative treatment approach and to help improve continuity of patient care. UHS patients also benefit from having access to a portable, digitized record that can travel with them from one care setting to another and encompasses both their&nbsp;<a href="https://c212.net/c/link/?t=0&amp;l=en&amp;o=3922952-1&amp;h=2213209382&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fblogs.oracle.com%2Fhealthcare%2Fpost%2Fdigitizing-the-behavioral-health-record-to-benefit-patients-and-providers&amp;a=behavioral+and+physical+health+history" target="_blank">behavioral and physical health history</a>&nbsp;in a single record.
Oracle&#39;s behavioral-health specific EHR content and functionality was further customized by UHS during the initial rollout to help clinicians gain a more comprehensive view of a patient&#39;s record, better inform care decisions, and enhance safety practices. Their customizations are now being offered to other Oracle customers via Crossings Healthcare Solutions, a subsidiary of UHS. This approach is similar to how Crossings has long assisted traditional acute care organizations to optimize their EHR.

Universal Health Services Adding Oracle Health's EHR To Its Behavioral Health Facilities

Thursday marks the last chance for investors to receive the next dividend payout from Universal Health Realty (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/UHT#NYSE">UHT</a>). 
<h3>What's Happening</h3>
The company announced on Wednesday that it would pay shareholders a quarterly dividend of 72 cents per share. On Friday, Universal Health Realty will go ex-dividend, meaning the stock will trade lower to reflect that payout. In other words, the stock will likely open 72 cents lower than it would have opened on any other day.
In order to be eligible to receive a company's dividend, shareholders must own the stock prior to the ex-dividend date—in this case, Friday. Shareholders who own UHT as of the end of Thursday's session are eligible to receive the 72 cents dividend payout for every share that they own. 
According to the company, this dividend will be paid out to shareholders on June 30, 2023. Investors will then be able to either reinvest those dividends back into the stock or use the payment in some other way.
