Verizon, Tesla And 3 Stocks To Watch Heading Into Tuesday

Nio Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NIO#NYSE">NIO</a>) has announced it will delay the launch of its Firefly EV in Europe to Q3, after it claimed to launch the product in the first half of 2025.
What Happened: The Chinese EV manufacturer cited constraints related to expanding its sales and services network within the region, which is proving to be more challenging than initially predicted, Reuters reported on Tuesday.
Company CEO William Li spoke to reporters at an event in Shanghai ahead of the Shanghai Auto Show, sharing that the company plans to announce deals with European partners at the event and plans to seek additional local partners to aid in Nio's operations in Europe.
The report suggests the company is also developing a right-hand drive version of the Firefly with planned expansions into markets like SEA and the United Kingdom. The company also plans to begin operations in Singapore.

What Happened: According to an official press release, roughly 5&nbsp;million people are at least 270&nbsp;days behind, and the department will again tap the Treasury Offset Program to claw back debts. Wage garnishment, which lets the government order employers to skim paychecks, could kick in by summer.
"American taxpayers will no longer be forced to serve as collateral for irresponsible student‑loan policies," Education Secretary Linda McMahon said, blasting the Biden‑era payment pause. "The executive branch does not have the constitutional authority to wipe debt away."
Monday's notice urges defaulters to call the Default Resolution Group and either make a small payment, enroll in an income‑driven plan, or begin loan rehabilitation. But those lifelines are scarce: in February, a federal court killed the Biden administration's <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/top-stories/24/08/40611128/us-supreme-court-declines-to-revive-biden-administrations-student-debt-relief-plan">SAVE plan</a>, and the department has since pulled all income‑driven repayment (IDR) applications from its website.

Linda McMahon Says American Taxpayers No Longer 'Collateral' As Student Debt Collection Restarts May 5

Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/MSTR#NASDAQ">MSTR</a>) executive chairman Michael Saylor cautioned companies against leveraging Ethereum (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/eth/usd">ETH</a>) and Solana (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/sol/usd">SOL</a>) like Bitcoin (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/btc/usd">BTC</a>), stating that it might lead to a &#8220;catastrophe.&#8221;
What Happened:&nbsp;In an interview with TheBlock that aired Saturday, Saylor likened Bitcoin to steel while comparing Ethereum and Solana to&nbsp;balsa wood and clay bricks. He warned that leveraging these tokens could lead to them buckling under pressure. 
The Bitcoin maximalist said that Ethereum and Solana were not commodities but rather tokens. &#8220;And so I would caution anybody listening here against leveraging up on a token or a proprietary asset,&#8221; he added.
