Guidance:&nbsp;Henry Schein affirms 2025 adjusted EPS of $4.80-$4.94 versus a consensus of $4.86. The company also expects sales growth of approximately 2%—4% over 2024, of $12.43 billion—$13.18 billion versus a consensus of $13 billion.
The company&#8217;s 2025 adjusted EBITDA&nbsp;growth is unchanged and is expected to increase by mid-single digits compared with 2024.
The company says the guidance also assumes that foreign currency exchange rates remain generally consistent with current levels and that additional tariffs will not be introduced.

Henry Schein's Reports Mixed Bag Q1 Earnings, CEO Confident In Business Fundamentals

ImmunityBio, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/IBRX#NASDAQ">IBRX</a>) on Monday received a Refusal to File (RTF) letter from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the supplemental biologics license application (sBLA) for use of ANKTIVA plus Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) in BCG-unresponsive non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) for the indication of papillary disease.
This RTF letter was received despite unanimous guidance and encouragement from the agency&#8217;s leadership, including from CBER, CDER, and OCE, to submit this sBLA at the in-person <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/05/b45189879/immunitybio-requests-an-urgent-meeting-with-fda-to-address-the-change-in-the-agencys-unambiguous-g" rel="noreferrer noopener">January 2025 meeting</a>.
At this meeting, all key decision makers were specifically asked and unanimously confirmed that ImmunityBio should submit the sBLA as soon as possible based on the data in the single-arm trial.

Relying on this unanimous guidance, the company submitted the sBLA in March 2025. The company has already requested an urgent meeting to resolve the inconsistencies between the directives provided at the January Meeting and receipt of the RTF letter.
ANKTIVA was approved by the FDA in 2024 with BCG for BCG unresponsive NMIBC with <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/biotech/24/04/38380405/fda-approves-immunitybios-bladder-cancer-drug-stock-rallies" rel="noreferrer noopener">Papillary tumors&nbsp;with&nbsp;CIS</a>.
In the same clinical trial (QUILT-3.032), the long-term results of patients with Papillary tumors&nbsp;without&nbsp;CIS (Cohort B) were submitted as an sBLA. The RTF letter referenced herein does not impact this prior approval of CIS +/—papillary in BCG-unresponsive patients.
Data was also presented on the long-term follow-up Phase 1 results, which demonstrated Complete Response and Disease-Free Survival in both CIS and Papillary disease, with patients in an ongoing cystectomy-free state at 10 years.
In addition, the disease-specific overall survival rate of 99% at 12 months and 96% at 36 months in the BCG unresponsive patients with Papillary disease <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/biotech/25/01/43038889/immunitybio-stock-trading-higher-on-updates-from-bladder-cancer-trials-details" rel="noreferrer noopener">without CIS was discussed</a>.
In March 2025, the company completed its submission to the FDA of the sBLA for the use of ANKTIVA plus BCG in BCG-unresponsive NMIBC in the papillary indication.
The company and its consultants, who attended the January 2025 meeting, were shocked by this inconsistent response and have requested an urgent meeting with the FDA to resolve this issue.
In April last year, ImmunityBio announced the overall survival results of Anktiva combined with checkpoint inhibitors in non-small <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/04/b38421500/immunitybio-announces-positive-overall-survival-results-of-anktiva-combined-with-checkpoint-inhibi" rel="noreferrer noopener">cell lung cancer</a>.
QUILT 3.055 trial completed and shows median overall survival almost double that of standard of care chemotherapy in 2nd- and 3rd-line non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients whose cancer did not respond to checkpoint inhibitors with or without chemotherapy.

What To Know: Palantir stock is hovering near all-time highs in early trading Monday with earnings for the first quarter due after the market close. The stock touched all-time highs in overnight trading on the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/25/05/45188268/palantir-climbs-above-126-in-overnight-robinhood-trading-so-many-bears-out-there-says-lawrence-mcdonald">Robinhood platform</a> and has been trending across social sites in anticipation of the report. 
Analysts expect Palantir to report first-quarter earnings of 13 cents per share on revenue of $862.83 million, according to estimates from <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com">Benzinga Pro</a>.
In the first quarter of 2024, Palantir reported earnings of 8 cents per share, in line with analyst estimates. The company showed incremental EPS improvement of 1 cent per share in the second and third quarters before reporting a jump to 14 cents per share in the company&#8217;s most recent report from January.
&#8220;We are still in the earliest stages, the beginning of the first act, of a revolution that will play out over years and decades,&#8221; Palantir CEO Alex Karp said in a letter to shareholders following the fourth-quarter print.
The company&#8217;s strong earnings beat last quarter was complemented by U.S. revenue growth of 52% year-over-year and customer growth of 43% after the company closed 129 deals worth over $1 million and 58 deals worth at least $5 million during the three-month period. 
The deals kept coming in the current quarter as the company announced a new partnership with NATO Allied Command Operations (ACO) for its Maven Smart System and an agreement to provide Tactical Intelligence Targeting Access Node (TITAN) ground station systems to the U.S. Army. 
"The business we have built has now developed its own internal momentum and strength, its own interior life and forms of untamed organic growth, with the output that we are seeing far surpassing what we are investing," Karp said last quarter.
Wedbush&#8217;s Dan Ives noted that he expects <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/25/05/45187449/dan-ives-calls-palantir-the-missing-piece-in-ai-puzzle-expects-good-news-from-alex-karps-company-on-monday">&#8220;good news&#8221;</a> out of Palantir after the bell on Monday, calling the Karp-led company the &#8220;Messi of AI.&#8221;
The Wedbush analyst in April said that Palantir continues to generate <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-ratings/analyst-color/25/04/44810625/top-analyst-sees-unprecedented-traction-for-pltr-stock-after-nato-agreement-another-validation-sign">"unprecedented" traction</a> for its entire portfolio of products across both government and commercial markets.
Other analyst firms are a bit <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/PLTR/analyst-ratings">more cautious</a> given the stock&#8217;s incredible surge over the last year with Morgan Stanley and DA Davidson both cutting price targets ahead of earnings. RBC Capital analysts also reiterated Underperform with a price target of $40 last week. 
Palantir remains popular among retail investors with the stock seeing increased mentions across several social platforms in recent weeks. It was among the top-trending tickers on Stocktwits at the time of writing and was also seeing increased mentions on Reddit&#8217;s r/WallStreetBets. Palantir was also among the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/trading-ideas/25/05/45171636/exclusive-aprils-20-most-searched-tickers-on-benzinga-pro-where-do-tesla-apple-palantir-nvidia-stocks-rank">top 10</a> most-searched tickers on <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com">Benzinga Pro</a> in April.
Palantir issued guidance last quarter for Monday&#8217;s report including revenue expectations of $858 million to $862 million and adjusted income from operations of $354 million to $358 million. The company anticipates full-year 2025 revenue of $3.74 billion to $3.76 billion, with U.S. commercial revenue growth of at least 54%.
Palantir has beat analyst estimates on the top and bottom lines in three straight quarters heading into Monday&#8217;s report, per <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com">Benzinga Pro</a>.

As of March 31, 2025, the company held $243.7 million in cash and equivalents. The operating cash flow for the quarter was $4.8 million.
&#8220;Despite the recent macro-economic headwinds, we believe Freshpet remains a structurally advantaged business with a long runway for growth in a category with long-term tailwinds,&#8221; said CEO Billy Cyr. &#8220;However, our growth year-to-date has not been as robust as we had anticipated so we are adapting our growth plans to the current economic challenges that our consumers are facing while continuing to drive the operational improvements that are essential to our long-term success.&#8221; 
Outlook: Freshpet lowered its FY25 sales outlook from $1.18 billion—$1.21 billion to $1.12 billion—$1.15 billion, compared to an estimate of $1.18 billion.
The company expects adjusted EBITDA of $190 million—$210 million, and FRPT expects capital expenditures of ~$225 million.
Price Action: FRPT shares traded lower by 2.83% at $74.20 in premarket at last check Monday.
