Many Reddit users argued that dividend ETFs like SCHD are less ideal for a 34-year-old investor, as growth-focused ETFs historically outperform over long periods.
&#8220;Zero reason for SCHD at that young of an age in my opinion,&#8221; a comment reads.

VTI makes up 75% of his portfolio, AVUV makes up 15%, and VXUS covers the remaining 10%. The Redditor contributes 25% of his gross income to a TSP and an IRA. He's also increasing his contributions every year.
