Under normal market conditions, the Fund will pursue its investment objective by investing primarily in U.S. exchange-traded equity securities contained in the Nasdaq Technology Dividend Index (the Index) and by utilizing an option strategy consisting of writing (selling) U.S. exchange-traded call options on the Nasdaq-100 Index and/or the S&P 500 Index, or exchange-traded funds that track the Nasdaq-100 Index or the S&P 500 Index (the Underlying ETFs). Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 80 percent of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in dividend-paying securities and/or investments that provide exposure to dividend-paying securities of technology companies (i.e., securities classified under the Technology Industry or Telecommunications Industry as defined by the Industry Classification Benchmark (ICB)). Vest Financial LLC is the Funds investment sub-advisor (Vest or the Sub-Advisor).
