Bitcoin Makes New All-Time High, Ethereum, XRP, Dogecoin Follow Higher

Asset Entities, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ASST#NASDAQ">ASST</a>) stock has soared over the last month, up over 1,480% <a href="https://www.benzinga.com//node/45292652">as of Wednesday.</a>
What To Know: The stock&#8217;s surge started after Asset announced that it entered into a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/trading-ideas/movers/25/05/45292119/whats-going-on-with-asset-entities-stock-thursday">merger agreement with Strive Asset Management</a> to form a Bitcoin treasury company.
Strive is developing a long-term strategy aimed at outperforming Bitcoin, saying it will use every available mechanism to reach that goal. The company plans to rely on proprietary approaches to accumulate Bitcoin in ways it believes will create lasting value.
One example is a tax-free equity-for-Bitcoin exchange under Section 351 of the U.S. tax code.
Strive also expects the reverse merger structure to grant quick access to a shelf registration, allowing it to raise capital more efficiently. After the merger closes, the company plans to expand the offering to $1 billion, funding Bitcoin purchases through a mix of stock and debt sales.
The combined company will operate under the Strive name and remain listed on the NASDAQ.
The stock has been halted multiple times over the last few weeks due to volatility.

Chen sees the partnership as a strong signal of Warby Parker&#8217;s long-term commitment to innovation and its potential to continue disrupting the eyewear industry.
According to the analyst, Warby Parker&#8217;s AI-powered glasses initiative with Google must succeed by leveraging advanced, context-aware AI, integrating seamlessly with everyday tools like Google Maps, and featuring versatile, stylish designs.
Chen highlights that Warby&#8217;s strong &#8220;direct-to-consumer&#8221; model and customer service could further enhance the offering, potentially boosting traffic to its 287 existing stores and increasing brand visibility and customer growth.
Over the long term, Chen sees the partnership improving customer lifetime value, encouraging broader wearable tech development, and reinforcing Warby&#8217;s tech-forward, customer-centric approach.
The analyst estimates the U.S. smart glasses market could reach $2-$4 billion by 2030, compared to Warby Parker&#8217;s current ~$800 million revenue.

Analyst Deems Warby Parker's Google Tie-Up 'Emblematic of Long-Term Disruption'

JP Morgan analyst Sebastiano C Petti expressed views on EchoStar Corporation (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SATS#NASDAQ">SATS</a>) <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/SATS/analyst-ratings" rel="noreferrer noopener">earnings reported on May 9</a>.
The company reported a loss of 71 cents per share, missing the analyst consensus estimate of 69 cents loss and sales of $3.87 billion, <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/earnings/25/05/45325649/whats-going-on-with-echostar-stock-today" rel="noreferrer noopener">in line with the Street view</a>.
The analyst notes that, during the earnings call, CEO Hamid Akhavan reiterated the company&#8217;s ambition to establish itself as a &#8220;leading provider of global direct-to-device connectivity,&#8221; leveraging its international S-band spectrum and domestic AWS-4 assets.

Akhavan assured investors that EchoStar is not &#8220;missing the window of opportunity,&#8221; and noted that more concrete updates will be shared as plans mature, adds the analyst.
Petti says that, on the operational front, wireless subscriber growth continues to gain traction, which management attributes to enhanced marketing initiatives, improved digital engagement, better customer retention, and appealing offers tailored to a challenging macroeconomic environment.
However, the acceleration in customer acquisition is putting pressure on near-term financials due to higher subscriber acquisition costs (SAC), though management expects this to pay off in improved long-term customer lifetime value (CLV), says the analyst.
Consequently, Petti now estimates 2025 wireless retail net additions at 775,000, up from the previous estimate of 400,000.
Nevertheless, this is accompanied by a deeper OIBDA (Operating Income Before Depreciation and Amortization) loss for the segment, revised to $1.90 billion.
On a consolidated basis, the analyst have lowered the OIBDA estimate to $1.43 billion (from $1.83 billion), factoring in the increased wireless drag but also recognizing improved trends in PayTV, driven by cost efficiencies.
The analyst notes EchoStar is prioritizing wireless subscriber growth and its long-term vision for direct-to-device connectivity. This strategic focus is, however, currently incurring a significant OIBDA drag.
Furthermore, the ongoing FCC review of EchoStar&#8217;s spectrum assets is introducing a substantial layer of regulatory uncertainty, which Petti believes could potentially impact the company&#8217;s future strategic options and overall valuation.

A slew of US-listed international ETFs hit 52-week highs on Wednesday, highlighting a growing investor interest shift toward global equities amid shifting macroeconomic tides and geopolitical realignments. Increasing outperformance has prompted speculation about a so-called &#8220;Sell America&#8221; trade, sparked by Moody&#8217;s recent downgrade of America&#8217;s credit rating, with investors redirecting capital from U.S. markets to opportunities abroad.
&#8220;The global trade landscape is shifting. U.S. policy decisions are increasingly disrupting long-standing trade flows. A number of drivers are fueling this global shift. 
Valuation Discounts: International developed markets continue to be discounted compared to U.S. equities and present a compelling entry point for long-term investors.
Geopolitical Realignment: Concepts like supply chain regionalization and de-globalization are driving the emergence of regional economic giants.
Macroeconomic Momentum: European equities, for instance, are experiencing robust year-to-date results. The Euro Stoxx Index is rallying around 11% in dollar terms, with certain Eastern European markets such as Poland rising 40–50%, says Neil Azous, CIO of Rareview Capital.

Early Innings, Long Game
Despite the performance uptick, many analysts view this rotation as still in its early stages, with a long way to go. Azous said that U.S. market caps dwarf those in Europe, so even modest inflows can significantly move the needle.
In addition, the power of higher corporate profits offshore is still largely unrealized. If European and other foreign companies start reporting significant earnings growth, Azous believes the trend could shift from a tactical asset positioning change to a full-fledged secular rebalancing.
A Strategic Rebalancing
Outside of short-term outperformance, the move into international ETFs reflects a more fundamental rethinking of portfolio construction. Following decades of U.S.-focused investing, many asset managers are rebalancing to find more robust, geographically diversified portfolios, a strategy bolstered by shifting economic realities and cross-border investment flows.
Thus far, the global ETF rally is more than just the result of performance, it is a sign of a sea change in investor sentiment. If global markets continue to break away from U.S. underperformance, the trend might not only persist but intensify, one regional breakout after another.

BofA Securities analyst Robert F. Ohmes upgraded AutoZone, Inc. The analyst sees solid top-line performance, supported by Bloomberg Second Measure data showing a notable sequential improvement.
According to Ohmes, weekly sales trends also showed momentum, particularly in March, with high-single-digit gains likely driven by the favorable timing of tax refunds.
For Q3, the analyst models a 19 basis point decline in gross margin as the company laps a $24 million LIFO benefit recorded in the same quarter last year.
Ohmes sees room for 2%–4% industry inflation to return, driven by auto parts retailers increasing prices to counter added tariff pressure; about 35% of AutoZone&#8217;s COGS come from China.
AutoZone is strategically well-positioned to navigate the current tariff environment compared to its retail counterparts, Ohmes noted. He highlighted that only approximately one-third of AutoZone&#8217;s product offerings are sourced from China, significantly reducing its direct exposure to increased import duties.
The analyst further elaborated that auto parts retailers are likely to pass on incremental price increases to consumers successfully. This expectation is underpinned by shifting consumer behavior. As auto tariffs could lead to an average increase of $3,285 for U.S.-assembled vehicles and potentially higher for imported models, consumers are expected to be more inclined to repair their existing vehicles rather than purchase new ones. This trend suggests consumers will be more willing to absorb the extra cost of fixing their current vehicles.
Ultimately, the analyst believes that consumers will hold onto their existing vehicles for longer durations, driving an increased demand for quality parts in auto repairs. This dynamic positions AutoZone favorably within the current economic landscape marked by rising new vehicle costs.
The analyst anticipates several tailwinds for AutoZone in the coming quarters. These include ongoing market share gains, the potential for inflation-driven price increases, a more favorable dynamic between used and new car sales, and a continued boost from its Pro segment.

The bid-to-cover ratio of 2.46 landed near the bottom quartile of the past 50 auctions, with the iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TLT#NASDAQ">TLT</a>), sliding to a 19-month low.
Notable losers among the 20 movers with at least $10 billion market cap also included Palantir Technologies Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PLTR#NYSE">PLTR</a>), Coinbase Global Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/COIN#NASDAQ">COIN</a>) and Nvidia Corp. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVDA#NASDAQ">NVDA</a>), with declines of 3.1%, 2.9% and 2.7%, respectively.

Telsey analyst Dana Telsey maintained an Outperform rating on TJX Companies, Inc. Sales rose 5% year-over-year (Y/Y) to $13.1 billion, beating the analyst consensus estimate of $13 billion. Adjusted EPS of 92 cents beat the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/earnings/25/05/45540766/tjx-boosts-q1-sales-with-more-shoppers-says-tariffs-wont-hurt-2026-outlook" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">consensus estimate of 90 cents</a>.
TJX reaffirmed guidance for fiscal 2026 comparable sales growth of 2% – 3% and EPS of $4.34-$4.43 <a href="https://www.benzinga.com//node/43976995" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">against a $4.49 estimate</a>.
The company expects second-quarter comparable sales growth of 2%—3% and EPS of $0.97-$1.00, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/guidance" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">with an estimate of $1.03</a>.
For the full-year FY26, the company expects to offset the significant and ongoing tariff-related financial pressures fully.
The analyst writes that the company delivered another strong quarterly performance, driven by strong operational execution and healthy sales, although the gross margin was slightly below expectations.
The analyst believes that the company&#8217;s consistent earnings outperformance underscores the appeal of its value-oriented model, which remains attractive to increasingly price-conscious consumers.
Moreover, the favorable environment for off-price retail continues to support TJX in meeting customer demand and maintaining strong store traffic, adds the analyst.
Going forward, Telsey anticipates that TJX to keep expanding its profitable market share, backed by stable comparable sales growth and ongoing strategic store openings.
Given the modest earnings beat and reaffirmed full-year outlook, the analyst sees no material change in the positive trajectory of the company's performance, which is an encouraging sign amid broader economic uncertainty.

Tesla stock, at $346.33, trades above all key short- and long-term indicators. Its eight-day, 20-day, 50-day and 200-day Simple Moving Averages (SMAs) sit at $340.65, $305.62, $273.30 and $297.86, respectively, supporting a strong bullish trend.
Momentum indicators confirm this uptrend. The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) is at 21.84, suggesting further bullish momentum. However, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is nearing the overbought threshold at 68.81—hinting at possible bearish pullbacks if momentum stalls.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Analysts Aren't Convinced Just Yet</h2>
Despite the rally, the Street remains cautious. The average price target from Mizuho, Wedbush and Guggenheim is $303.33—about 12% below current levels. The broader analyst consensus holds a Buy rating but shows skepticism about the near-term upside.
With Musk reaffirming his leadership and technicals flashing green, Tesla bulls have reasons to stay optimistic. But with shaky fundamentals and wary analysts, the road to another 500% rally may be less autopilot and more manual drive.

The new GPUs also come with increased interest from larger technology companies like xAI. Elon Musk, who leads xAI, said they <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/trading-ideas/movers/25/05/45531583/amd-nvidia-shares-jump-after-musk-highlights-xais-gpu-needs-we-expect-to-still-buy-a-lot">expect to buy</a> many GPUs from Nvidia and "some from AMD."
Elon Musk has indicated that Nvidia GPUs will be first, but if they&#8217;re unable to secure enough, AMD is fine, too. While this isn't the charming recommendation that AMD would love to have as a market leader, it could show that the company is catching up to Nvidia in the space.
While the retail crowd may be smaller for revenue, the race between RX 9060 and RTX 5060 for market share among gamers and reviewers and whether the prices stay at the suggested retail price and in stock and retailers could all be items to watch in this AMD vs. Nvidia battle.
When it comes to share price, Nvidia has held the advantage in recent times. Nvidia stock is up 38.1% over the last month, down 8.8% in six months, down 3.3% year-to-date in 2025 and up 40.2% over the last 12 months.
For AMD, the stock is up 31.9% over the last month, down 17.9% in six months, down 6.4% year-to-date in 2025 and down 31.4% over the last 12 months.
For AMD, the new graphics cards could mark a key moment in company history. Time will tell if they were able to compete with the giant Nvidia.

Addressing JPMorgan Chase&#8217;s annual investor day, Dimon cautioned that <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/management/25/05/45508514/jpmorgan-ceo-jamie-dimon-warns-huge-deficits-complacent-central-banks-could-lead-to-stagflation">Wall Street is potentially sleepwalking into a minefield of threats</a>, from swelling U.S. deficits, uncompromising tariffs and geopolitical tensions.
So, in a climate where the atmosphere is strangely bright with storm clouds on the horizon, how do investors protect themselves against the whiplash of complacency being replaced with anarchy?

Warning From Wall Street: 4 Defensive ETFs To Watch After Jamie Dimon's Alarm

CoreWeave, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CRWV#NASDAQ">CRWV</a>) shares hit a new all-time high on Wednesday. A series of recent developments have drawn investor <a href="https://www.benzinga.com//node/45524967">attention to the AI infrastructure stock</a>.
What To Know: CoreWeave has soared this year since making its debut on public markets in March. The company is backed by Nvidia Corp (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVDA#NASDAQ">NVDA</a>), which recently revealed a large stake in the company totaling 24.18 million shares in a regulatory filing. Several analysts have also initiated coverage in recent weeks following the company&#8217;s<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/earnings/25/05/45421041/nvidia-backed-coreweave-reports-q1-earnings-revenue-jumps-420-backlog-grows-to-25-9-billion-following-openai-deal-shares-hit-all-time-highs"> first earnings report</a> as a public company.
CoreWeave reported first-quarter results last week showing revenue of $981.6 million, marking a 420% increase from the same period last year. The number was well above analyst forecasts of $859.77 million, according to <a href="http://pro.benzinga.com">Benzinga Pro</a>. The company also noted that a strategic deal with OpenAI during the quarter added $11.2 billion in revenue backlog.
Shares surged following the report as the company revealed additional details of its deal with OpenAI, including additional agreements entered into in May to provide the company with access to cloud computing capacity. CoreWeave disclosed that OpenAI has committed to pay the company up to $4 billion through April 2029 related to the agreement.
CoreWeave on Wednesday announced plans to offer $1.5 billion of senior notes due 2030. Shares surged to new highs despite the offering announcement. The company announced an upsized offering hours later, increasing it from $1.5 billion to $2 billion, but shares continued to trend higher with investor interest at all-time highs.
CoreWeave stock is trending on several social platforms Wednesday afternoon with shares now up approximately 155% over the past month. 
Citigroup analyst Tyler Radke maintained CoreWeave with a Neutral rating and raised the price target from $43 to a Street-high of $94. CoreWeave price targets range from $94 to $36, according to Benzinga analyst <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/CRWV/analyst-ratings">data</a>.
