Growth in Phreesia Inc&#8216;s (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PHR#NYSE">PHR</a>) <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/health-care">average revenue per client</a> is poised to accelerate, according to RBC Capital Markets.
The Analyst: <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-stock-ratings/analyst/591ed97d290fa70001e6c69b/sean-dodge">Analyst Sean Dodge</a> upgraded the rating for Phreesia from Sector Perform to Outperform. He also raised the price target from $24 to $32.
The Thesis: Historically, new client additions drove Phreesia's growth. The healthcare tech company has "recently realigned its efforts" to focus on monetizing its existing client base, Dodge said in an upgrade note.

Phreesia's efforts are directed towards an increasingly larger proportion of growth being driven by existing clients, he added.
The company's average revenue per client remained almost flat for two years, the analyst stated. 
Throughout the fiscal third quarter, it grew by 3% year-on-year.
This metric could accelerate, he further stated. Why? The company&#8217;s Network Solutions is gaining momentum. 
Phreesia also benefits from "the cross-selling of several of its newer (but seasoned) provider add-ons." The company also signed new clients with "bigger initial solution bundles.&#8221; 
PHR Price Action: Shares of Phreesia had risen by 3.3% to $27.84 at the time of publication on Wednesday.

Donald Trump's ambitious immigration enforcement plans face operational <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/startups/24/11/41722059/trumps-deportation-plan-faces-criticism-as-taxpayers-shoulder-the-billions-while-big-business-stands">and financial hurdles</a> that could take years to overcome.
The immigration court backlog, currently scheduling cases as far as 2029, is just one of the obstacles, according to a report issued by the Wall Street Journal last week. With only 500 immigration judges in the system, experts estimate that an additional 5,000 judges would need to be hired to efficiently process existing and new cases – a massive staffing challenge requiring substantial congressional funding.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) faces similar resource constraints. Democratic-led cities present another challenge to implementing widespread deportations. Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson recently told CNN that he would not cooperate with federal immigration authorities, saying, &#8220;The law is very clear. Local police officers are not federal agents.&#8221;&nbsp;

It requires coordination with multiple foreign governments, many of which have strained diplomatic relations with the U.S.
Legal barriers also pose challenges. Many proposed changes would require congressional action or even constitutional amendments. The birthright citizenship reform Trump advocates would likely necessitate amending the Constitution – a process last completed in 1992, more than two centuries after that amendment&#8217;s initial proposal.
Trump&#8217;s advisers, including incoming deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller, have suggested pursuing policies that may face legal challenges to test their limits before the conservative-majority Supreme Court. However, existing laws guarantee certain rights, like asylum applications, regardless of entry method.

Without local cooperation from sanctuary cities, ICE operations become much more complex. The agency would need to dedicate additional resources to surveillance and enforcement, as sanctuary policies restrict information sharing about immigrant releases from local jails.

On Wednesday, Vir Biotechnology, Inc.&nbsp;(NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/VIR#NASDAQ">VIR</a>) stock traded higher after the company presented initial Phase 1 data from two of its dual-masked T-cell engagers (TCEs): VIR-5818, which targets a variety of HER2-expressing solid tumors, and VIR-5500, which targets PSMA in metastatic castration-resistant <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/01/b42871000/vir-biotechnology-announces-encouraging-safety-and-efficacy-data-in-ongoing-dose-escalation-trials" rel="noreferrer noopener">prostate cancer (mCRPC)</a>.
Data show encouraging preliminary safety and efficacy profiles with no dose-limiting cytokine release syndrome (CRS), maximum tolerated dose (MTD) not yet reached as dose escalation continues, and early clinical response signals observed in heavily pretreated participants.
These initial results provide clinical support for Vir Biotechnology&#8217;s in-licensed PRO-XTEN masking technology, designed to enable the selective activation of TCEs in the tumor microenvironment, mitigating damage to healthy cells and reducing toxicity.

<li>Preliminary data show a promising safety profile, with no dose-limiting toxicities observed up to 1000 µg/kg without prophylactic corticosteroids.</li>

In November, Vir Biotechnology announced end-of-treatment data from Part B of the MARCH Phase 2 study evaluating combinations of tobevibart and elebsiran, with or without pegylated interferon alfa (PEG-IFNα), in participants with&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/biotech/24/11/42016186/whats-going-on-with-liver-disease-focused-vir-biotechnology-stock-is-friday" rel="noreferrer noopener">chronic hepatitis B</a>.

On Wednesday, Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BSX#NYSE">BSX</a>) agreed to acquire Bolt Medical, Inc., the developer of an intravascular lithotripsy (IVL) advanced laser-based platform for coronary and <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/01/n42869851/boston-scientific-announces-agreement-to-acquire-bolt-medical-inc" rel="noreferrer noopener">peripheral artery disease</a>.
Cholesterol deposits often create narrowed arteries and may also have a buildup of calcium that can increase the complexity of potential treatments. Lithotripsy is a procedure in which a physician breaks up hardened masses such as calcium to help restore blood flow.
The Bolt IVL system is designed to use lithotripsy to fracture calcium by creating acoustic pressure waves inside a balloon catheter.&nbsp;

The system also includes visible, directional emitters for consistent energy delivery in treating the calcified lesions.
Boston Scientific initially developed the concept for the Bolt IVL system, which helped establish Bolt Medical in 2019.
As a strategic investor in Bolt Medical, Boston Scientific has an equity stake of approximately 26%.
As a result, the transaction consists of an upfront payment of approximately&nbsp;$443 million&nbsp;for the 74% stake not yet owned and up to&nbsp;$221 million&nbsp;upon achievement of certain regulatory milestones.
On a 100% basis, before consideration of Boston Scientific&#8217;s current equity ownership in Bolt Medical, debt, and other closing adjustments, the transaction price consists of&nbsp;$600 million&nbsp;upfront and up to&nbsp;$300 million&nbsp;upon achievement of certain regulatory milestones.
Bolt Medical recently announced the completion and results of the RESTORE ATK and RESTORE BTK pivotal clinical trials investigating the Bolt IVL Above the Knee and Below the Knee systems for peripheral artery disease in patients with moderate to severely calcified lesions.
In&nbsp;December 2024, Bolt Medical received FDA approval to commence the global FRACTURE IDE clinical trial in the U.S., which is investigating the use of the Bolt IVL&#x2122; Coronary System for the treatment of coronary arterial disease with severely calcified lesions.
The deal is expected to be completed in the first half of 2025.
On an adjusted basis, the company expects the transaction to be slightly dilutive to adjusted EPS in 2025 and to offset via internal cost efficiencies and trade-offs. 
On a GAAP basis, the transaction is expected to be more dilutive due to amortization expense and acquisition-related charges, except for a one-time gain to be recognized at closing associated with the company&#8217;s previously held equity interest in Bolt Medical.

Boston Scientific Expands Cardiovascular Treatment Portfolio With $440 Million+ Bolt Medical Deal

Arcadium Lithium Plc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ALTM#NYSE">ALTM</a>) shares are trading higher on Wednesday after the company announced that it secured Committee on Foreign Investment in&nbsp;the United States (CFIUS) <a href="https://www.benzinga.com//node/42871559">clearance</a> regarding Rio Tinto&#8216;s proposed acquisition.
The Details: Arcadium entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Rio Tinto in an all-cash transaction valued at $5.85 per share <a href="https://www.benzinga.com//node/41243501">back in October</a>. This represents a premium of 90% to Arcadium&#8217;s closing price of $3.08 per share on Oct. 4.
By acquiring Arcadium, Rio Tinto gains its Tier 1 assets with strong, consistent margins and a resource base projected to support 130% capacity growth by 2028 within Rio Tinto&#8217;s existing regions.
Furthermore, the companies have complementary footprints and extensive history in Argentina and Quebec, where Rio Tinto plans to establish world-class lithium hubs. By combining technological leadership in lithium extraction, the acquisition will position Rio Tinto as a market leader in lithium processing both in these regions and beyond.
Moreover, Rio Tinto is confident in the long-term outlook for lithium, anticipating a compound annual growth rate of over 10% in lithium demand through 2040, which is expected to result in a supply deficit.

What's Going On With Arcadium Lithium Stock Wednesday?

Roth MKM analyst Joe Reagor initiated coverage on Brazil Potash Corp. (AMEX:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GRO#AMEX">GRO</a>) with a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/GRO/analyst-ratings" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Buy rating and a price target of $17</a>, citing the company&#8217;s undervalued Autazes potash project.
According to Reagor, Brazil&#8217;s heavy reliance on potash imports underscores the project&#8217;s importance, and favorable financing terms could unlock additional valuation upside.
The Autazes project could supply 18% of Brazil&#8217;s potash demand, producing 2.4 million tons annually. As a major agricultural exporter and potash importer, Brazil&#8217;s reliance on external supply underscores Autazes&#8217; strategic value.
The project is well advanced, with construction permits secured. After construction, Brazil Potash can apply for a mining permit—a unique process in Brazil. Following final economic studies, a final investment decision is expected by H2 2025.
Potash prices, currently at $280 per ton due to oversupply, are expected to rebound. Production cuts and 5% annual demand growth over the next decade could significantly improve prices.
Reagor&#8217;s $17 price target is based on a 9% DCF valuation, factoring in long-term potash prices of $450 per ton, projected milestones, and the company&#8217;s cash flow potential post-construction. At full production, the project could generate $1.1 billion in annual revenue and $700 million in EBITDA.
Risks include dilution from capital raises, regulatory setbacks, lower potash prices, project delays, and cost overruns.
Price Action: GRO shares traded higher by 2.76% at $8.19 at last check Wednesday.

Yerbaé&#8217;s plant-based energy drinks generated approximately $12 million in revenue for the 2023 fiscal year.
The global plant-based energy drink market is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 6.7% from 2024 to 2033, reaching a value of $10.5 billion by 2033. 
After the closing of the transaction, SHOT shareholders will own approximately 75.8% and former holders of the Yerbaé shares are expected to own about 24.2% of the combined company.
The Transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025, subject to satisfying certain customary closing conditions.
Safety Shot held <a href="https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/0001760903/000149315224045990/form10-q.htm">$1.4 million in cash </a>and equivalents as of Sept. 30, 2024.

Its eight-day simple moving average (SMA) of $43.76 suggests it could be primed for a bounce, while the 200-day SMA at $14.33 is also showing a solid bullish signal. 
But, the technicals paint a mixed picture – the stock is under heavy selling pressure and is below its eight, 20, and 50-day SMAs. The risk of further bearish movement remains, but the relative strength index (RSI) of 39.05 shows it&#8217;s not quite oversold yet.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Rigetti Computing</h2>
Rigetti&#8217;s shares have been hit by the quantum frost, down 35% in the last five days. Yet, the company still carries strong technicals.

The eight-day SMA of $16.98 and the 20-day SMA of $12.39 both point to a potential rebound. The RSI is neutral at 46.58, and moving average convergence/divergence (MACD) indicator is bullish at 3.22. If the quantum sector catches a break, Rigetti might be one to watch.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">D-Wave Quantum</h2>
D-Wave Quantum has been one of the hardest hit, with a 40% drop in just a few days. Still, its technical indicators remain resilient.

The RSI of 42.88 indicates that the stock is neither oversold nor overbought, suggesting a balance between buying and selling sentiment. MACD is positive and bullish at 1.23 despite the recent slid.
While Huang's comments have thrown a wrench in the momentum for these quantum darlings, the technicals don't entirely rule them out as potential buys, especially if the broader market sentiment shifts or if progress in quantum computing surprises us.
