The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal securities such that the interest on each bond is exempt from U.S. federal income taxes and the federal alternative minimum tax (AMT). It primarily invests in U.S. dollar-denominated investment-grade short-term fixed- and floating-rate municipal securities with remaining maturities of five years or less, such as municipal bonds, municipal notes and variable rate demand obligations, as well as money market instruments and registered investment companies. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF).

Stifel analyst Stephen Gengaro slashed the price forecast for Schlumberger (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SLB#NYSE">SLB</a>) from $58.00 to $54.00 <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/SLB/analyst-ratings" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">while reaffirming a Buy rating</a>.
On April 25, the company reported a 3% year-over-year decline in first-quarter 2025 revenue to $8.49 billion, missing estimates of $8.59 billion and adjusted EPS of 72 cents, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/04/45011665/schlumberger-falls-short-on-q1-results-but-maintains-strong-payout-strategy-and-buyback-completion" target="_blank" rel="noopener">which fell short of</a><a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/04/45011665/schlumberger-falls-short-on-q1-results-but-maintains-strong-payout-strategy-and-buyback-completion" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> the consensus of 74 cents</a>.
The analyst writes that despite the current macroeconomic uncertainty, the company&#8217;s margin performance is likely aided by its Digital business, the strength of its Production Systems segment, and ongoing cost reduction initiatives.
SLB has reaffirmed its expectation for strong free cash flow (FCF) and its commitment to returning at least $4 billion to shareholders <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/guidance" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">in 2025, notes the analyst</a>.
The analyst slashed EBITDA estimates to $8.38 billion (from $8.94 billion) for 2025 and $9.08 billion (from $9.75 billion) for 2026.
Overall, Gengaro expects the company&#8217;s strong FCF margin (10%+ expected through 2025) and low leverage to provide financial flexibility.
Also, the ChampionX acquisition is projected to benefit customers (especially offshore) and increase SLB&#8217;s exposure to resilient production/recovery <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/24/04/38054329/championx-schlumberger-shares-move-in-opposite-directions-after-8b-deal-announcement" rel="noreferrer noopener">markets, adds the analyst</a>.

UroGen Pharma Ltd.&nbsp;(NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/URGN#NASDAQ">URGN</a>) on Sunday highlighted a duration of response of nearly four years from a long-term follow-up study with Jelmyto&nbsp;(mitomycin) <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/health-care" rel="noreferrer noopener">for pyelocalyceal solution</a>.
The U.S. Food And Drug Administration approved Jelmyto in 2020 for low-grade upper tract urothelial cancer (LG-UTUC) in adults.
Among patients from the OLYMPUS trial who achieved a complete response after primary chemoablation with Jelmyto (n = 41), the median duration of response was 47.8 months, regardless of whether their cancer was new onset or recurrent (median <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/04/b45029814/olympus-long-term-follow-up-study-reports-nearly-four-year-duration-of-response-in-subset-of-patie" target="_blank" rel="noopener">follow-up,</a><a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/04/b45029814/olympus-long-term-follow-up-study-reports-nearly-four-year-duration-of-response-in-subset-of-patie" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> 28.1 months)</a>.
Of these patients, 21 had new-onset UTUC, and 20 had recurrent UTUC at baseline. There were no significant differences in durability between the groups, with eight patients in each group experiencing recurrence or death not due to treatment.

To further explore Jelmyto&#8217;s potential in treating patients with LG-UTUC, investigators are now enrolling participants in the Jelmyto uTRACT Registry to gather longitudinal real-world usage data. As of April 2025, 22 sites have been activated and 251 patients have been enrolled.
On Sunday, UroGen Pharma also announced new data from the OPTIMA II Phase 2b study of UGN‑102 (mitomycin) for an intravesical solution.
The data demonstrated a clinically meaningful two-year duration of response (24.2 months).
UGN-102 is UroGen&#8217;s sustained-release formulation of mitomycin, being developed for recurrent low-grade, intermediate-risk, non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (LG-IR-NMIBC).
Among the 41 patients achieving a complete response (CR) at three months, 25 remained in CR at 12 months, and 17 of these patients entered long-term follow-up.
The median duration of response for the 41 patients who achieved CR was 24.2 months, with a median follow-up time of 33.6 months. Twenty patients (48.8%) experienced recurrence of low-grade disease.
One patient progressed to a high-grade disease, and one patient died due to a cardiac disorder. Five patients remained disease-free at the time of the four-year data analysis.
UroGen completed the submission of the UGN-102 rolling new drug application (NDA) to the FDA for UGN-102 in August 2024. The FDA accepted the NDA for UGN-102 with a Prescription Drug User Free Act (PDUFA) <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/04/b45029409/new-long-term-follow-up-data-from-optima-ii-study-of-ugn-102-demonstrates-median-duration-of-respo" rel="noreferrer noopener">goal date of June 13, 2025</a>.
UroGen Pharma also shared an updated 18-month DOR of 80.6% from the Phase 3 ENVISION trial of UGN-102 (mitomycin) for the intravesical solution, an investigational treatment for <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/04/b45028100/urogen-announces-updated-18-month-duration-of-response-dor-of-80-6-from-the-phase-3-envision-trial" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">recurrent LG-IR-NMIBC</a>.
On Friday, UroGen Pharma shared safety data from the Phase 1 dose-escalation study for UGN-301 (zalifrelimab) intravesical solution for recurrent non-muscle <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/04/b45027276/urogen-pharma-announces-encouraging-results-from-a-phase-1-dose-escalation-study-evaluating-ugn-30" rel="noreferrer noopener">invasive bladder cancer</a>.
The study included up to 30 patients per arm and aimed to assess safety and determine the recommended Phase 2 dose of UGN-301 as monotherapy and in combination with other agents.
In the monotherapy arm, dose escalation continued to the maximum feasible dose. No dose-limiting toxicities or treatment-emergent adverse events leading to treatment discontinuation were observed.
Among evaluable patients who received UGN-301, 46% of those with Ta/T1 disease and 33% with carcinoma in situ (CIS) ± Ta/T1 disease were recurrence-free or had achieved a complete response at week 12.
At the 15-month disease assessment, 60% of patients with Ta/T1 disease treated with 300 mg remained recurrence-free, including one with high-grade T1 disease.
In the 500 mg cohort, 25% of patients with CIS disease and 33% of patients with Ta/T1 disease remained disease-free at six months; both are still active participants in the study.

UroGen Pharma Touts Four-Year Response With Urothelial Cancer Drug Study, Highlights Potential For Bladder Cancer Candidates

Horan noted its ability to generate consistently high cash flow from its businesses, which gives it added flexibility to adapt to industry trends despite its large size.
Charter&#8217;s revenue grew 0.4% versus Horan&#8217;s flat estimate, a $70 million beat. EBITDA was up 5% on a 180bps expansion in EBITDA margins to 42%, an 80bps beat, but it would have been in line with normalizing for a one-time $75 million other expense benefit.
Subscriber losses have improved off a very difficult 2024 due to the expiration of ACP and hurricanes Milton and Helene, and now improved bundled offers.
Its video offering now has OTT packages worth $80 per month bundled in and attractive promotional wireless/broadband prices which began in the fourth-quarter of 2024.
The analyst noted this as a negative for the overall industry, but price increases on the base continue to grow, and they are upselling many additional services.
The company&#8217;s introductory promotional pricing for broadband is $40 per month, but Horan estimates its base is paying $80 per month and can move to a wireless carrier for permanent pricing of $50. Positively, using a crude metric of revenue per residential broadband subscriber, Charter is at $130 per month versus Comcast Corp (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CMCSA#NASDAQ">CMCSA</a>) at $170. Both are at $70 for broadband, reported ARPU.
Charter lost 55K broadband subscribers versus -72K in the first quarter of 2024, and Horan noted a normalized ACP total loss of ~150K in fiscal 2024. Video declined 167K versus -392K in the first quarter of 2024.
ACP is now behind the company, and new promos are helping; however, the analyst continues to see challenging competition with lower-priced fixed and mobile hotspot wireless, fiber and OTT video.
Charter has resumed stock repurchases after the Liberty Broadband acquisition vote.
Leverage has declined to 4.1x and will head to 4.25x gradually.
Positively, Horan does not expect Charter to grow EBITDA by ~2% per year. With stock buybacks and lower capex, free cash flow per share can increase 4x by 2030 to ~$100.
Charter reiterated its fiscal 2025 capex of ~$12 billion, declining to $8 billion in 2028.
Cash taxes of $1.6-2.0 billion, implying a ~15% Y/Y increase, but $1 billion of this in the second quarter.
Horan tweaked subscriber and financial estimates on the early effectiveness of the new go-to-market. The analyst reiterated that Charter looks attractive on a long-term free cash flow per-share basis following the completion of its network evolution in two years and major stock buybacks at a ~27% 2030 free cash flow yield.
Horan projected second-quarter revenue of $13.73 billion and EPS of $9.07.

What To Know: In the note, analyst Douglas Harned said &#8220;all looked good&#8221; with Boeing until the Alaska Airlines door accident in January 2024, but the company is now making progress on its prior growth trajectory.
The analyst expects Boeing is on track to produce 38 737 MAX planes per month by July, in line with CEO Kelly Ortberg&#8216;s comments during the company's latest earnings call. Ortberg said the company might start producing 42 737 MAX planes per month by the end of the year, if the Federal Aviation Administration signs off on it. 
The company plans to ramp up production further in the future, increasing to 47, 52 and then 57 planes per month at six-month intervals. However, the analyst expects these increases to occur at nine-month intervals instead.
Additionally, Boeing expects to reach production of seven 787 planes per month by the end of 2025, exceeding analysts' expectations. The quality and heat exchanger issues appear to be resolved as well.
The analyst noted issues with Boeing&#8217;s Defense and Space Systems (BDS), but said the business may be turning a corner following a major contract win and improved financial performance.
Harned said, &#8220;With the win of Next-Generation Air Dominance, now the F-47, Boeing will be back into major military aircraft development programs. Boeing also is in the running versus Northrop Grumman for the F/A-XX competition (replacement for F/A-18E/F), which could be announced within days. This will allow utilization of the company's St. Louis site and should attract substantial engineering talent, which would be beneficial for Boeing more broadly.&#8221;

The Dallas Fed released its&nbsp;April Texas Manufacturing Outlook Survey&nbsp;(TMOS) on Monday. Perceptions of broader business conditions continued to worsen notably.
The general business activity index fell 20 points to -35.8, its lowest reading since May 2020.
The company outlook index also retreated to a post-pandemic low of -28.3, while the outlook uncertainty index climbed 11 points to 47.1.
The production index, which <a target="_blank" href="https://www.dallasfed.org/research/surveys/tmos/2025/2504" rel="noreferrer noopener">measures</a> manufacturing health, mainly remained the same at 5.1, indicating modest growth.

The new orders index dropped sharply by 20 points to -20.0. The capacity utilization index also dipped slightly to -3.8, and the shipments index turned negative for the first time this year, falling into negative territory for the first time this year to -5.5 from 6.1.
The employment index remained steady at -3.9, with 9% of companies reporting hiring and 13% reporting layoffs. The hours worked index fell to -6.4 from -2.9, suggesting shorter workweeks.
Price pressures grew stronger in April. The raw materials prices index jumped 11 points to 48.4, the highest since mid-2022. The finished goods prices index also rose by nine points to 14.9, above the average.
Wage growth stayed steady, with the wages and benefits index holding at 14.3, slightly below its average.
Expectations for future manufacturing activity were mixed. The future production index remained positive but fell 13 points to 14.8. Meanwhile, the future general business activity index dropped further into negative territory at -15.2. Most other future activity measures stayed positive but weakened compared to past averages.
In April, a Wedbush analyst wrote that Trump&#8217;s tariff disaster has been weighing heavily on the stock market, creating&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/04/44772840/analysts-warn-of-choppy-tech-outlook-despite-inflation-relief" rel="noreferrer noopener">uncertainty and dragging down prices</a>.
Survey respondents in chemical manufacturing commented, &#8220;Tariff uncertainty and actual impact is likely to be significant for the business and ongoing projects.&#8221;
&#8220;&#8230;We expect to see roughly a 10–15 percent decline in sales in May. We believe that this is largely due to uncertainty in our customer base driven by the tariff situation and potential knock-on effects to the general economy,&#8221; commented Computer and electronic product manufacturing responders.
Responders from Food manufacturing said tariffs and uncertainty are disrupting supply chains and making it difficult to plan investments.
It&#8217;s still unclear how tariffs will affect the overall economy. The sector does not import or export much (other than spices), so the proposed tariffs won&#8217;t directly hit them.
However, they are still concerned about rising labor costs caused by the trade war and immigration issues.
In a&nbsp;new poll&nbsp;by The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research, roughly three-quarters of adults <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/tariffs" rel="noreferrer noopener">predict that tariffs</a> will drive up consumer prices, while about six in ten disapprove of the president&#8217;s handling of economic and trade matters.
61% of respondents said they are troubled by soaring grocery bills, while about half voiced anxiety about an impending economic downturn and the <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/25/04/45027881/trumps-approval-plummets-as-tariffs-bite-americans-expect-skyrocketing-prices-and-shrinking-wallets" rel="noreferrer noopener">affordability of major purchases</a>.
In April, President Trump announced a 90-day pause on tariffs for countries that have not retaliated&nbsp;against U.S. trade measures. The news ignited a broad risk-on rally, catapulting major indices to multi-month highs and <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/04/44724763/pharma-industry-faces-jitters-as-trump-hints-at-historic-tariffs-bofa-outlines-probable-timeline" rel="noreferrer noopener">sending volatility plunging</a>.
