Why Trade Desk Shares Are Trading Higher By 15%; Here Are 20 Stocks Moving Premarket

U.S. stock futures were fluctuating on Tuesday after ending higher on Monday. Futures of major benchmark indices were mixed.
Investors are bracing for June&#8217;s release of the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/economic-data/25/07/46392923/une-cpi-inflation-preview-tariffs-markets-fed">Consumer Price Index</a>. Economists anticipate the headline inflation rate to climb from 2.4% in May to 2.7% in June—the highest since January and a pace of acceleration unseen since late 2023. 
Monthly, the CPI is expected to rise 0.3%, up from 0.1% in May, marking the fastest monthly increase of the year.
Meanwhile, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/25/07/46396595/jpmorgan-citi-to-kick-off-bank-earnings-as-wall-street-sees-profit-boom">big bank earnings season</a> also kicks off today, with key industry heavyweight JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/JPM#NYSE">JPM</a>), Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/C#NYSE">C</a>), and Wells Fargo Corp. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/WFC#NYSE">WFC</a>) headlining a crucial reporting day for financials. 
The 10-year Treasury bond yielded 4.42% and the two-year bond was at 3.90%. The CME Group's FedWatch <a href="https://www.cmegroup.com/markets/interest-rates/cme-fedwatch-tool.html">tool&#8217;s</a> projections show markets pricing a 95.3% likelihood of the Federal Reserve keeping the current interest rates unchanged in its July meeting.

The SPDR S&amp;P 500 ETF Trust (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SPY#NYSE">SPY</a>) and Invesco QQQ Trust ETF (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/QQQ#NASDAQ">QQQ</a>), which track the S&amp;P 500 index and Nasdaq 100 index, respectively, were higher in premarket on Tuesday. The SPY was up 0.37% at $627.15, while the QQQ advanced 0.60% to $559.52, according to <a href="https://pro.benzinga.com/dashboard">Benzinga Pr</a>o data.
Cues From Last Session:
Sectors that gained on Monday included financial, communication services, and real estate stocks, leading most of the S&amp;P 500 to close positively.
Conversely, energy and materials sectors bucked the trend, ending the session lower. Overall, U.S. stocks settled higher.
Separately, Fastenal Company (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/FAST#NASDAQ">FAST</a>) reported better-than-expected second-quarter earnings. Shares of Daré Bioscience, Inc. (NASDAQ: DARE jumped approximately 23% after the company announced interim safety and efficacy results from its ongoing Phase 3 clinical trial for Ovaprene.

Insights From Analysts:
Senior economist at WisdomTree, Jeremy Siegel, said that the public firms in the U.S. were beginning to quantify potential damage from tariffs, though these estimates remain based on previously announced rates, not the most recent escalation threats.
He highlighted that the official impact will start to show in the July data, but those numbers won't be released until August or even September. Investors will have to watch high-frequency indicators like jobless claims and credit card spending, in the meantime, he added.
&#8220;The real risk is that rising tariffs will continue to sap purchasing power just as economic momentum is already slowing. While I don't see a recession looming, growth is undeniably weaker than what we saw through much of 2024,&#8221; he added.
Meanwhile, the analysts at BlackRock highlighted two ways to capture alpha and earn returns in the market in their latest commentary.
&#8220;U.S. tariffs could intensify already elevated dispersion, making this a more rewarding environment for alpha,&#8221; their note stated.

("Brazil Potash" or the "Company") (NYSE-American: GRO), a mineral exploration and development company with a critical mineral potash mining project, the Autazes Project, today announced the successful launch of its Brazilian Depositary Receipts (BDRs) on the B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão ("B3"), Brazil's main stock exchange. The BDRs have been approved for listing on B3 and will begin trading on May 26, 2025 under the ticker symbol GROP31.
The BDR program will allow Brazilian investors to directly participate in the ownership of Brazil Potash, which is developing the strategic Autazes Potash Project in Amazonas state. This domestic investment opportunity aligns with Brazil's National Fertilizer Plan, which aims to reduce the country's dependence on fertilizer imports from 85% to 45% by 2050.

Brazil Potash Corp. ("Brazil Potash" or the "Company") (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GRO#NYSE">GRO</a>), a mineral development company with a critical mineral potash mining project, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement establishing an equity line of credit ("ELOC") with Alumni Capital LP ("Alumni"), an institutional investor. Brazil Potash anticipates that this agreement will provide the company with a flexible source of funding, enabling the Company to progress its flagship Autazes Potash Project.
As Brazil Potash works towards key milestones, it anticipates the ELOC will enable judicious planning for the timing and amount of any equity sales, which will be critical as it advances site preparation and construction activities for the fully-permitted Autazes Project.
Under the terms of the agreement, Brazil Potash has the right to sell, and Alumni has the obligation to purchase, up to $75 million worth of common shares over a 24-month period at prices that are based on the market price at the time of each sale to Alumni, subject to the satisfaction of certain customary conditions. Brazil Potash, at its sole discretion, controls the timing and amount of all sales of common shares associated with the ELOC, subject to the limitations contained in the SPA.

(AMEX:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GRO#AMEX">GRO</a>) with a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/GRO/analyst-ratings" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Buy rating and a price target of $17</a>, citing the company&#8217;s undervalued Autazes potash project.
According to Reagor, Brazil&#8217;s heavy reliance on potash imports underscores the project&#8217;s importance, and favorable financing terms could unlock additional valuation upside.
The Autazes project could supply 18% of Brazil&#8217;s potash demand, producing 2.4 million tons annually. As a major agricultural exporter and potash importer, Brazil&#8217;s reliance on external supply underscores Autazes&#8217; strategic value.
The project is well advanced, with construction permits secured. After construction, Brazil Potash can apply for a mining permit—a unique process in Brazil. Following final economic studies, a final investment decision is expected by H2 2025.
Potash prices, currently at $280 per ton due to oversupply, are expected to rebound. Production cuts and 5% annual demand growth over the next decade could significantly improve prices.
Reagor&#8217;s $17 price target is based on a 9% DCF valuation, factoring in long-term potash prices of $450 per ton, projected milestones, and the company&#8217;s cash flow potential post-construction. At full production, the project could generate $1.1 billion in annual revenue and $700 million in EBITDA.
Risks include dilution from capital raises, regulatory setbacks, lower potash prices, project delays, and cost overruns.
Price Action: GRO shares traded higher by 2.76% at $8.19 at last check Wednesday.
