Fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in one or more other ETFs that seek to obtain exposure to the performance of US short-term treasury bills, typically less than 90 days in duration, or directly in the securities held by such ETFs (collectively, the Underlying Investments) and selling and purchasing S&P 500 Index put options (SPX put options) to generate income to the Fund beyond what is received from the Underlying Investments. The Fund invests under normal circumstances at least 80 percent of its assets in a diversified portfolio of fixed-income securities of varying maturities, which may be represented by ETFs that invest 80 percent or more of their assets in US short term treasury bills, and forwards, options, futures contracts or swap agreements related to such bills. For purposes of the 80 percent policy, the value of such options, futures contracts and swap agreements shall be determined on a daily mark-to-market basis.

Something's shifting in the bond market, with a new wave of unease creeping in, and some of Wall Street's most experienced voices observing a sombre silence.
What Happened: On Wednesday, Spencer Hakimian, the founder of Tolou Capital Management, shared a post on X highlighting a growing consensus among the world&#8217;s leading fixed income traders that U.S. Treasuries are no longer the safe bet that they once were.
According to the screenshot of the Bloomberg article shared by Hakimian, large fixed income operators, such as DoubleLine Capital, Pacific Investment Management Co. (PIMCO), and TCW Group, are all backing away from long-dated U.S. government bonds.

They're instead opting for shorter-term Treasuries, citing escalating federal debt and interest-rate risks, highlighting deepening anxiety in the U.S. fiscal trajectory. 
While sharing the screenshot, Hakimian writes, &#8220;The best bond traders in the world telling you straight up to stop buying bonds,&#8221; adding that it&#8217;s because &#8220;our country is bankrupt,&#8221; and no one is bold enough to fix it.

In another post on X, just a few minutes before this one, Hakimian highlights the growing U.S. entitlement spending, which he says is going up 15% year-over-year. &#8220;No one cares,&#8221; he says, adding that neither party can implement a solution, as &#8220;we&#8217;re selling bonds into oblivion.&#8221;
&#8220;Our currency has lost all its value against real currencies like Gold and Bitcoin,&#8221; he says, while saying that the U.S. is headed right into the &#8220;graveyard of failed empires&#8221; because of this problem. Hakimian concludes by saying, &#8220;invest accordingly.&#8221;

Etsy, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ETSY#NASDAQ">ETSY</a>), which operates two-sided online marketplaces that connect millions of passionate and creative buyers and sellers around the world, today announced the pricing of $650 million aggregate principal amount of 1.00% convertible senior notes due 2030 (the "notes") in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933,&nbsp;as&nbsp;amended&nbsp;(the&nbsp;"Securities&nbsp;Act").&nbsp;Etsy also granted the initial purchasers of the notes an option to purchase, within a 13-day period beginning on, and including, the date on which the notes are first issued, up to an additional $50 million aggregate principal amount of notes.&nbsp;The sale of the notes is expected to close on June 16, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
The notes will be general unsecured obligations of Etsy and will accrue interest payable semiannually in arrears on June 15 and December 15 of each year, beginning on December 15, 2025, at a rate of 1.00% per year. The notes will mature on June 15, 2030, unless earlier converted, redeemed or repurchased. The initial conversion rate will be 11.6570 shares of Etsy's common stock per $1,000 principal amount of notes (equivalent to an initial conversion price of approximately $85.79 per share). The initial conversion price of the notes represents a premium of approximately 42.5% over the last reported sale price of Etsy's common stock on June 11, 2025. The notes will be convertible into cash, shares of&nbsp;Etsy's common stock or a combination of cash and&nbsp;shares of&nbsp;Etsy's&nbsp;common&nbsp;stock,&nbsp;at&nbsp;Etsy's election.&nbsp;
Etsy estimates that the net proceeds from the offering will be approximately $639.3 million (or approximately $688.5 million if the initial purchasers exercise their option to purchase additional notes in full), after deducting the initial purchasers' discount and estimated offering expenses payable by Etsy. NexGen Gets Green Light for Major Site Expansion in Saskatchewan to Support New Uranium Discovery

Airbus SE (OTC:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/EADSF#OTC">EADSF</a>) CEO Christian Scherer says the aircraft manufacturer can reach its 2025 delivery target despite delays due to supply chain issues.
What Happened: The company, which is targeting 820 aircraft deliveries in 2025, is "cautiously hopeful" despite over 40 aircraft frames waiting to be fitted with engines, Reuters reported on Thursday.
"We haven&#8217;t changed our (delivery) guidance. I caution you not to extrapolate too much from monthly numbers. There is a gradual increase in output of engines that we get from CFM. The reason we have not changed our outlook for the year is because we believe that between now and the end of the year we will get the engines,&#8221; Scherer said.
The aircraft manufacturer sources its engines from CFM, which also supplies the engines that power Boeing Co.'s (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BA#NYSE">BA</a>) 737 Max Aircraft.
Scherer says Airbus can meet its production target of 75 units of single-isle aircraft like the Airbus A320 by 2027. "We are just cruising past 60 (a month). We are trending in the right direction into the 60s," the report said.
Why It Matters: The news comes in as the global aircraft industry is dealing with <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/02/43865891/elon-musks-involvement-key-to-solving-boeings-air-force-one-delivery-crisis-report">supply chain constraints</a>. Boeing has endured a tough spell in recent years over quality control and safety issues with its aircraft. Most recently, A London-bound <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/25/06/45899174/boeing-dreamliner-carrying-over-200-passengers-crashes-shortly-after-takeoff-near-indias-ahmedabad-ba-stock-falls-over-5-in-thursday-pre-market">Boeing 787 Dreamliner</a> aircraft operated by Air India crashed moments after it took off from Ahmedabad in India&#8217;s Gujarat state on Thursday. The flight was said to be carrying over 240 people onboard.
The FAA, or Federal Aviation Administration, also recently proposed a flightworthiness report for the company after <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/04/44811150/faulty-bathroom-latches-could-cost-boeing-34-million-following-faa-directive">faulty bathroom latches</a> resulted in a passenger being stuck inside the lavatory of a Boeing aircraft during a flight.
Airbus recently <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/04/45035715/airbus-finalizes-deal-with-spirit-to-take-over-assets-paving-way-for-boeing-acquisition">finalized a deal</a> with Spirit Aerosystems Holdings Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SPR#NYSE">SPR</a>) to acquire assets of the company, including a facility in Kinston, North Carolina, as well as another facility in France. Spirit was recently acquired by Boeing.

ADC Therapeutics Reports 93% Response Rate in Lymphoma Drug Trial, Including CAR-T Resistant Patients

Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TFX#NYSE">TFX</a>), a leading global provider of medical technologies, today announced findings from a new multinational study reporting efficacy of Arrow&#x2122; Chlorhexidine-Impregnated Central Venous Catheters (CVCs). This prospective cohort study included more than 6,670 patients from 12 Intensive care units in eight hospitals across India, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Colombia, Egypt and Turkey.
Key highlights include:
<ul>
<li>The pre-specified CVC subgroup analysis evaluated the impact of Chlorhexidine-impregnated CVCs on CLABSI rates using CLABSI rates per 1,000 CL (central-line)-days.</li>
<li>70.5% reduction in the incidence of CLABSI in patients with Arrowg+ard Blue&#x2122; and Arrowg+ard Blue Plus&#x2122; CVCs vs. plain (non-impregnated) catheters.</li>
<li>Lower incidence of infection-causing pathogens with Chlorhexidine-impregnated CVCs, including gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria and fungi.</li>
<li>Insertion training and the use of maximal barrier precautions were similar across both groups, eliminating technique variability as a confounding factor.</li>
<li>Use of an unprotected CVC may be an independent risk factor for CLABSI when compared to patients with Chlorhexidine-impregnated CVCs. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
The study's CVC analysis demonstrated a statistically significant reduction in CLABSIs of 70.5% in patients receiving the impregnated antimicrobial catheters. These patients had longer average length of ICU stay and device utilization ratios, indicating frequent and extended use. Despite this, infection remained significantly lower, underscoring the potential benefit of the antimicrobial technology even in high-risk patients. Acknowledging potential variations in patients and characteristics across study hospitals and the lack of a metric (e.g., Standard Infection Ratio) to adjust for these factors in the countries in the study, the authors noted that the study data nonetheless provides "significant evidence" regarding impregnated CVCs.

Key Transaction Details
Under the terms of the agreement, Chimera will cause its taxable REIT subsidiary, Chimera Funding TRS, to acquire HomeXpress from the Sellers for a combination of cash and 2,077,151 shares of Chimera common stock. The purchase price will be equal to the adjusted book value of HomeXpress as of the end of the month prior to the closing, plus a premium consisting of $120 million in cash plus 2,077,151 shares of Chimera common stock. HomeXpress will operate as a subsidiary of Chimera and Kyle Walker, the current President and CEO, along with key members of the senior management team will continue to manage HomeXpress. Chimera expects to close the transaction during the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Chimera to Acquire HomeXpress for $120M Plus 2.08M Shares to Expand Loan Origination

Xpeng Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/XPEV#NYSE">XPEV</a>) debuted the new all-electric G7 SUV in China as the country's brutal EV price war shows no signs of relenting.
What Happened: The Chinese automaker received over 10,000 pre-orders for the G7 SUV in under 46 minutes, CnEVPost reported <a href="https://cnevpost.com/2025/06/12/xpeng-g7-10000-pre-orders-46-mins/">on</a> Thursday.
Xpeng says display models of the SUV are available across multiple outlets in China. The SUV would retail for around 235,810 Yuan or slightly under $33,000, pitting it squarely against Tesla Inc.'s (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TSLA#NASDAQ">TSLA</a>) cheapest vehicle in China, the Model 3.

The SUV also features Xpeng's Turing AI chip, which is developed in-house by the automaker, marking a shift away from the previously utilized Nvidia Corp. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVDA#NASDAQ">NVDA</a>) autonomous driving chipsets.
Why It Matters: The G7 debuts in what is a cutthroat market as China's EV price war has put pressure on the country's supply chains, with several automakers, including EV giant BYD Co. Ltd. (OTC:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BYDDF#OTC">BYDDF</a>) (OTC:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BYDDY#OTC">BYDDY</a>) pledging <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/tech/25/06/45878086/tesla-rivals-byd-xpeng-pledge-faster-supplier-payments-amid-ev-price-war-in-china-report">faster payments to suppliers</a>.
The EV price war was also called out by the Chinese Communist Party's newspaper, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/topics/25/06/45715047/byds-aggressive-pricing-triggers-ev-rat-race-stock-tumbles-authorities-voice-concern">The People's Daily</a>, which equated it to a ‘rat race' and warned of negative effects on the country's supply chain, as well as product quality issues, among other things.
However, the aggressive pricing strategy continues as BYD recently released the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/tech/25/06/45855643/tesla-rival-byd-launches-15000-seal-06-sedan-as-chinas-ev-price-war-heats-up">Seal 06 EV</a> sedan, which retails for $15,000, undercutting the Tesla Model 3 as well as the G7 SUV's price by almost half.

Xpeng Receives 10,000 Pre-Orders In Under An Hour For New Tesla Model 3 Rival: Report

Shares of Oracle Corporation (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ORCL#NYSE">ORCL</a>) rose sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued upbeat <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/ORCL">outlook commentary</a>.
The company reported fourth-quarter revenue of $15.9 billion, beating analyst estimates of $15.58 billion. The company reported fourth-quarter adjusted earnings of $1.70 per share, beating analyst estimates of $1.64 per share, according to Benzinga Pro.
Oracle shares jumped 7.6% to $189.99 in the pre-market trading session.
