The Fund will generally invest all, or substantially all, of its assets in the component securities of the Index, but also may invest in investments that provide comparable exposure, including but not limited to depositary receipts representing Index components and investments in other exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Yoshiharu Global Co. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/YOSH#NASDAQ">YOSH</a>) ("Yoshiharu" or the "Company"), a restaurant operator specializing in authentic Japanese ramen &amp; rolls, today announced that its Board of Directors authorized the stockholders approved issuance of a stock dividend to effect a 4-for-1 forward stock split (the "Forward Stock Split") of the Company's Class A Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Class A Common Stock"), and Class B Common Stock ("Forward Stock Split"), whereby for each share of Common Stock held, the holder will receive three additional shares in the respective class.
The Forward Stock Split is intended to encourage interest in our Class A Common Stock and possibly promote greater liquidity for our stockholders.
At the Effective Time of the Forward Stock Split, each holder of one share of Class A Common Stock outstanding on July 28, 2025, the record date for the stock split, will receive a dividend of three additional shares of common stock for each then-held share. The additional shares of common stock are expected to be distributed after market close on July 30, 2025, with no change to the par value of $0.001 per share. The Common Stock will continue to trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol "YOSH" and will begin trading on a post-split basis when the market opens on July 31, 2025.

Shares of Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NFLX#NASDAQ">NFLX</a>) fell in pre-market trading following <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/earnings/25/07/46487639/netflix-sees-shockingly-strong-retention-subscriber-comeback-in-q2-as-wwe-stickiness-squid-game-and-ad-tier-drives-momentum-analyst-says">second-quarter results</a>.
Netflix reported second-quarter revenue of $11.08 billion, up 16% year-over-year. The revenue total beat a Street consensus estimate of $11.04 billion according to data from Benzinga Pro. The company reported second-quarter earnings per share of $7.19, beating a Street consensus estimate of $7.06.
The company also raised full-year revenue guidance to a range of $44.8 billion to $45.2 billion, up from a previous range of $43.5 billion to $44.5 billion.
Netflix shares declined 1.7% to $1,253.27 in the pre-market trading session.
