U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming, a well-known cryptocurrency advocate, plans to introduce a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/24/11/41784950/pro-bitcoin-senator-cynthia-lummis-vows-to-build-a-strategic-bitcoin-reserve-as-industry-e">national Bitcoin reserve bill</a> within the first 100 days of Trump's presidency.
Pennsylvania has also advanced the Bitcoin Rights bill, a proposal aimed at protecting residents' rights to self-custody and use Bitcoin for payments. 
The bipartisan support for this bill, which passed the Democrat-led House by a vote of 176-26, sets a positive precedent for the Pennsylvania Bitcoin Strategic Reserve Act.
Dennis Porter, founder of the Satoshi Action Fund (SAF), an advocacy group that helped develop both bills, sees Pennsylvania's efforts as a model for other states. 
Porter noted that SAF is already in discussions with ten other states about enacting similar legislation, saying, "With public interest in Bitcoin at an all-time high, we anticipate both bills will pass and, ideally, be signed into law next year."

Pennsylvania Introduces Bitcoin Strategic Reserve Act To Invest Up To $700 Million In BTC

On Thursday, GSK plc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/GSK#NYSE">GSK</a>) released headline results from a planned interim analysis of the DREAMM-7 head-to-head phase 3 trial of Blenrep (belantamab mafodotin) in combination with bortezomib plus dexamethasone (BorDex) as a second-line or later treatment for relapsed or <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/biotech/23/11/35954764/gsk-frames-a-comeback-for-its-multiple-myeloma-drug-following-encouraging-phase-3-data" rel="noreferrer noopener">refractory multiple myeloma</a>.
The trial <a target="_blank" href="https://www.gsk.com/en-gb/media/press-releases/blenrep-shows-overall-survival-benefit-in-head-to-head-dreamm-7-phase-iii-trial-for-relapsedrefractory-multiple-myeloma/" rel="noreferrer noopener">met</a> the key secondary endpoint of overall survival (OS), showing that belantamab mafodotin when combined with BorDex significantly reduced the risk of death versus standard of care daratumumab plus BorDex.

A phase 3 study in newly diagnosed transplant-ineligible multiple myeloma is expected to be initiated by the end of 2024 as part of the DREAMM program.
In 2024, belantamab mafodotin combinations have been filed in the U.S.,&nbsp;European Union,&nbsp;Japan, United Kingdom, Canada, and Switzerland for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma based on the results of the DREAMM-7 and DREAMM-8 trials.
In 2022, GSK withdrew the U.S. marketing authorization for Blenrep following the FDA request, based on the previously announced outcome of the DREAMM-3 Phase 3 confirmatory trial,&nbsp;which did not meet the requirements of the FDA <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/biotech/22/11/29818040/after-disappointing-confirmatory-study-gsk-to-withdraw-approved-blood-cancer-drug-in-us" rel="noreferrer noopener">Accelerated Approval regulations</a>.&nbsp;
In June, GSK released&nbsp;results from an interim analysis of the DREAMM-8 phase 3 head-to-head trial of Blenrep in combination with pomalidomide plus dexamethasone (PomDex), versus a standard of care, bortezomib plus PomDex for relapsed or&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/biotech/24/06/39144773/gsks-blenrep-combo-therapy-cuts-risk-of-disease-progression-or-death-by-around-50-in-pretreated-m" rel="noreferrer noopener">refractory multiple myeloma</a>.
On the primary endpoint of progression-free survival (PFS), the belantamab mafodotin combination (n=155) showed a statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement compared to the bortezomib combination (n=147).

GSK Raises Prospects For Withdrawn Blood Cancer Drug Blenrep To Return To US Market - Here's Why

Analysts revised the price target or estimates on Plug Power, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PLUG#NASDAQ">PLUG</a>) after the company reported weak<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com//node/41941424" rel="noreferrer noopener"> third-quarter results and provided FY25 guidance.</a>
On Wednesday, Plug provided its financial outlook for 2025, projecting revenue between $850 million and $950 million (street view: $1.185 billion).&nbsp;
Looking further ahead, the company aims for a target revenue of <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/calendars/guidance" rel="noreferrer noopener">approximately $3.75 billion by 2030</a>.
Also this week, Plug Power reported third-quarter revenue of $173.73 million, which missed the consensus of $210.23 million and EPS loss of 25 cents, missed<a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/earnings/24/11/41912702/plug-power-stock-slides-on-q3-earnings-revenue-miss-eps-miss-soft-guidance-and-more" rel="noreferrer noopener"> estimate for a loss of 24 cents</a>.

JP Morgan analyst Bill Peterson maintained a Neutral rating on the stock.
The analyst writes that he found the more cautiously optimistic tone refreshing, with an acknowledgment that the broader hydrogen industry is likely to see gradual growth in the near- to mid-term.
Plug&#8217;s goals to achieve EBITDA-positive in second half of FY26 and profitability by 2028 still suggest the need for additional capital raises—estimated at $1 billion—despite the DOE loan, given the company&#8217;s fragile cash position, adds the analyst.
The analyst says that if the company executes well in 2025, it could pave the way for a stronger 2026 and growth in the latter part of the decade, contingent on factors like the DOE loan closure and final 45V guidance.
Morgan Stanley analyst Andrew S Percoco reaffirmed an Underweight rating with a price target of $1.75.
The analyst maintains a cautious outlook on green hydrogen, which presents ongoing risks to the company&#8217;s long-term growth and margins.
Percoco estimates that PLUG will need to issue an additional $500 million in equity through the first half of FY25 to cover its near-term cash burn, with DOE funding expected to start in the second quarter of 2025.
Roth analyst Craig Irwin reiterated the Buy rating and a price target of $5.00, with a 2025 revenue estimate of $900 million. This reflects the successful generation of Green Hydrogen PTC in Georgia and the improving visibility of gross margin gains in second half of FY25.
PLUG&#8217;s shares may experience increased volatility due to the high valuation on 2025 estimates, with company-specific and industry catalysts potentially causing significant shifts in long-term hydrogen economy projections, adds the analyst.
With a Perform rating, Oppenheimer analysts write that they view Plug&#8217;s commentary on green ammonia pricing as positive for electrolyzer demand and see the cryogenic business benefiting from LNG growth.
The analyst says that they are encouraged by PLUG&#8217;s focus on operational efficiencies, given its cash position, and notes investors are seeking greater consistency in its financial performance.
Truist Securities analyst Jordan Levy maintained a Hold rating with a price target of $2. The analyst writes that the updated targets suggest a more grounded reset of expectations.
It appears PLUG is shifting from a pattern of overpromising and underdelivering, acknowledging the slower-than-anticipated hydrogen market growth and tighter capital environment, adds the analyst.

BofA Securities analyst Jessica Reif Ehrlich reiterated a Buy rating on Walt Disney Co (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/DIS#NYSE">DIS</a>) with a price target of $120.
Ehrlich maintained a positive outlook on Disney following its mixed fiscal fourth-quarter results, focusing on its guidance for fiscal 2025 and beyond.
Disney&#8217;s fiscal fourth-quarter revenue grew 6.3% year-over-year to $22.6 billion, slightly above Ehrlich&#8217;s forecast of $22.3 billion. Operating income (OI) increased by 16% to $3.66 billion but fell below her estimated $3.70 billion. Adjusted EPS came in at $1.14, surpassing the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/24/11/41971559/disneys-q4-boosted-by-streaming-gains-strong-box-office-and-solid-parks-performance">analyst&#8217;s forecast of $1.11.</a>
By segment, Entertainment OI reached $1.07 billion ($1.06 billion expectations), while Sports OI came in lower at $929 million versus the estimated $966 million. Experiences OI matched the forecast at $1.7 billion.
Disney provided its initial guidance for fiscal 2025, targeting high single-digit growth in adjusted EPS, estimated between $5.26 and $5.41, up from the fiscal 2024 base of $4.97. Ehrlich expects double-digit OI growth in the Entertainment segment, 13% OI growth in Sports, and 6-8% growth in Experiences.

In the Entertainment division, Linear Networks OI was lower at $498 million, impacted by a decline in domestic revenue due to non-renewed carriage agreements and reduced advertising income. Conversely, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) OI exceeded estimates, reaching $253 million, boosted by a net increase of 4.4 million Disney+ subscribers and higher subscription revenue from recent price hikes.

Ehrlich noted increased costs from inflation and technology investments, which slightly compressed margins.
The Sports segment reported flat year-over-year revenue of $3.91 billion, slightly below the $3.98 billion estimate. Operating income declined by 5.3% to $929 million due to lower affiliate revenue linked to decreased subscribers. Higher advertising revenue and increased programming costs partially offset this decline.
Ehrlich valued the stock at 22 times her calendar 2025 adjusted EPS estimate. The premium reflects Disney&#8217;s strong asset portfolio, including leading content and top-tier theme parks. Ehrlich pointed to two critical near-term catalysts: profitability improvements in the DTC segment and a recovery in the parks business, justifying the multiple valuations in line with Disney&#8217;s historical premium.
Walt Disney stock gained 21% year-to-date. The total potential profit is $10 (the distance between strikes) and the cost of the debit ($0.97 + $0.67=$1.64) $10 &#8211; $1.64 = $8.36
It is extremely rare to collect all this premium. Instead, I like to consider 200%-300% profit of the investment.
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Trade Management</h2>
The relative resistance zone sits right around $400 but traders are pricing in a wider range particularly after looking at the last three earnings moves have either continued in the move or changed direction sharply. The relative support is near $330.
The strategy result provides only two choices to exit the trade:

<li>To sell the both butterflies right after earnings if the chart does nothing, or once your threshold for loss is hit. Mine is typically 65-70% with these positions.</li>
