The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) that will invest under normal circumstances primarily (at least 80 percent of its assets) in domestic and foreign equity securities of companies across multiple sectors, including healthcare, information technology, materials, energy and consumer discretionary, that are relevant to the Funds investment theme of the genomics revolution (Genomics Revolution Companies). Benzinga Market Summary: S&P Rises And Oil Falls Following WSJ Report Suggesting Iran Signaled It Wants To De-Escalate Israel Hostilities, Roku Rises On Amazon Ads Integration

Canaan Inc.'s (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CAN#NASDAQ">CAN</a>) May press release indicated that<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/topic/bitcoin"> 109 bitcoins were mined</a>, up 25% from April's figure, driven by favorable prices of the world's leading cryptocurrency, according to Rosenblatt Securities.
The Canaan Analyst: <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/analyst-stock-ratings/analyst/59972d99803ad30001fc246d/kevin-cassidy">Analyst Kevin Cassidy</a> reaffirmed a Buy rating and price target of $5.
The Canaan Thesis: While Ethiopia remains the company's largest mining site, U.S. operations have grown, Cassidy said in the note.

Canaan also announced a share buyback program worth $30 million for the next six months, he added.

With tariff discussions stabilizing and bitcoin prices rising, the visibility into the company's sales of mining rig equipment has improved, "though management will need to refill their supply chain," Cassidy said.
CAN Price Action: Shares of Canaan had risen by 6.8% to 71 cents at the time of publication on Monday.

The reputation of Tesla Inc. But the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/tech/24/12/42495127/tesla-hikes-model-s-price-by-whopping-5000-in-us">latest updates to its flagship Model S and Model X</a> cars by Elon Musk&#8216;s EV maker, announced on Friday, have landed with a thud—even among the brand's fans and industry watchers, who are voicing disappointment over what many see as minor tweaks paired with a major price hike.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Minor Changes, Major Price Hike</h3>
The 2025 Model S and Model X refreshes come with a $5,000 price increase across all configurations, pushing the Model S Plaid over the $100,000 mark and the Model X Plaid to $106,630.
For that, buyers get a handful of updates: a new Frost Blue paint color (which itself is a $2,500 option), updated wheel designs for improved aerodynamics, a front bumper camera for better visibility, dynamic ambient lighting, adaptive driving beams, and slightly improved suspension and noise cancellation.

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">&#8216;Disappointing, To Say The Least&#8217;</h3>
The response has been swift and largely negative across media platforms.
The Verge called the upgrades minor changes &#8220;that only the most dedicated Tesla fans will be sold on&#8221;, while EV news outlet InsideEVs suggested an average car buyer will struggle to spot the differences between the new and old versions of the Model S car. Tesla-focused media platform Teslarati called the changes &#8220;slim&#8221;.
Automobile news website Carscoops said the upgrade comprised minor product tweaks and large price increases. Electrek, another EV news outlet, called the update "quite a disappointing update, to say the least," highlighting that the changes are "very mild" and fail to deliver the technological leaps many expected.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">`Worst&#8217; Update In Tesla History?</h3>
On Musk&#8217;s own social-media platform X, the criticism was less restrained.
&#8220;I hate to say this, but this is the worst &#8216;update&#8217; in Tesla history,&#8221; an X account holder, who uses the name Imran Raz, wrote in a post on Friday. &#8220;This is precisely the same car with hardly any new features except for a few improvements, which is expected. I&#8217;m very disappointed with this so-called &#8216;new&#8217; model X. I&#8217;ve been waiting for this refresh for years to finally get one with a proper third row. Tesla keeps ignoring high-end customers.&#8221;

On YouTube, Tesla-focused channels such as Tesla Jigsaw questioned whether the updates were enough to tempt even the most devoted fans.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Where&#8217;s The Innovation, Elon?</h3>
At a time when Tesla is striving to recover from the first quarter&#8217;s steep 13% slump in vehicle deliveries, the bad publicity isn&#8217;t helping.
The much-hyped Cybertruck model has also faced setbacks. Tesla recently announced multiple recalls due to software bugs and mechanical issues, further dampening enthusiasm for the futuristic pickup.
For years, Tesla's ability to push boundaries has set it apart in the EV space. But this latest refresh has left many asking if the company is coasting on its legacy rather than leading with new ideas. With even the most loyal fans expressing disappointment and industry experts calling out the lack of meaningful upgrades, the question for Elon Musk and Tesla is clear: Where's the innovation?

Where's The Innovation, Elon? 'Worst' Tesla Upgrade Sparks Backlash

Baker Hughes Co. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BKR#NASDAQ">BKR</a>) is making a strategic move to <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/06/g45947292/baker-hughes-to-acquire-continental-disc-corporation-a-differentiated-leader-in-pressure-managemen">strengthen its industrial portfolio</a> with the planned acquisition of Continental Disc Corporation (CDC) in an all-cash deal valued at approximately $540 million.
Announced Monday, the transaction will add CDC&#8217;s pressure relief and vacuum safety products to Baker Hughes&#8217; existing industrial offerings. 
CDC, headquartered in Liberty, Missouri, specializes in rupture discs, vacuum valves, flame arrestors, and other safety-critical equipment for a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, aerospace, and oil and gas.

Lorenzo Simonelli, chairman and CEO of Baker Hughes, called the deal a key step in the company&#8217;s portfolio optimization strategy. &#8220;CDC&#8217;s strong aftermarket profile and product lifecycle alignment makes it a strategic fit,&#8221; he said.
The transaction is expected to immediately boost Baker Hughes&#8217; earnings per share, cash flow, and margins within its Industrial &amp; Energy Technology (IET) segment.
CDC&#8217;s product suite has a large global footprint and is known for frequent replacement cycles, leading to consistent recurring revenue. 
In 2024, roughly 80% of the company&#8217;s $109 million in pro forma revenue came from repeat business, reinforcing its high-margin profile and reliability-driven demand model.
This acquisition follows Baker Hughes&#8217; earlier announcements involving the purchase of Surface Pressure Control assets and <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/m-a/25/06/45840278/baker-hughes-sells-sensors-unit-to-crane-company-for-1-15-billion" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">divestiture</a> of its Precision Sensors &amp; Instrumentation division. 
These moves underscore the company&#8217;s effort to focus on scalable, high-return businesses aligned with its long-term growth goals.
The acquisition will be financed using Baker Hughes&#8217; available cash and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025. As of March 31, 2025, the company held cash and cash equivalents of <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/04/g44938082/baker-hughes-company-announces-first-quarter-2025-results" rel="noreferrer noopener">$3.277 billion</a>.

Major indexes are higher following a report suggesting Iran is seeking to deescalate Israel hostilities.

U.S. stocks were higher, with the Dow Jones index gaining around 500 points on Monday.
Shares of Sage Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SAGE#NASDAQ">SAGE</a>) rose sharply during Monday's session after Supernus Pharmaceuticals <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/SAGE">agreed to acquire the company</a>.
Supernus Pharmaceuticals on Monday agreed to acquire Sage Therapeutics for $12.00 per share in cash, or an aggregate of up to approximately $795 million.
The deal consideration includes $8.50 per share in cash (or an aggregate of approximately $561 million) plus one non-tradable contingent value right (CVR) collectively worth up to $3.50 per share in cash (or an aggregate of approximately $234 million).
Sage Therapeutics shares climbed 35.6% to $9.09 on Monday.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Technicals Just Broke Out</h2>
A golden cross occurs when the short-term 50-day simple moving average (SMA) rises above the long-term 200-day SMA — a classic bullish pattern often preceding sharp rallies.
Nebius stock (at $48.88) trades comfortably above its 50-day SMA of $32.25 and its 200-day SMA of $32.23 &#8211; which have just made a Golden Cross.
Beyond the moving averages, momentum indicators are reinforcing the bullish thesis. The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) sits at 4.99, a clear bullish sign indicating that upward momentum is building.

Meanwhile, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) stands at 67.49 &#8211; not yet in overbought territory but close, signaling continued investor appetite without the red flags of overheating.
However, not all signals are in sync. The eight-day SMA is at 49.57, slightly above the current price, and may point to short-term selling pressure. Yet the 20-day SMA remains below the current price at 42.77, reinforcing the broader uptrend.
This means NBIS could offer a high-reward setup for traders since the moving averages have made a golden cross and momentum holds.
With the stock up nearly 145% over the past year and almost 60% year-to-date, the chart matches the company's ambition to become a global AI infrastructure heavyweight.
